Yes.  The model is built on a convergence of theories including:  normative education, the science of change, the power of influence, community-based action, social norms and social marketing, and the theory of reasoned behavior.  This convergence of best practices allows us to identify and maximize the health that exists within a group of people.  Projects are built on best practices and rely on current research and approved methodology.

Yes. Every campaign is tailored to your community, taking into account all significant cultural factors, historic variables and relevant demographic and economic data.

  1. Does the Concierge Approach™ align with current government funding requirements and protocols?
Yes.  The process aligns with the 5 steps of the Strategic Prevention Framework.

  1. Can the model be utilized with different audiences and address a variety of issues?
Yes.  We have utilized this strategy to include audiences ranging from elementary students through high school and with parent groups within a community.  The variety of behaviors addressed include such diverse topics as: distracted driving, underage substance abuse, drinking and driving, rumor spreading, school attendance and graduation rates, stress, disenfranchised youth, respect and parent education and support campaigns.  Pending are requests to address girls in technology, neighborhood violence and wellness issues.

  1. Is the Concierge Approach™ affordable for us?
Yes.  This model utilizes an environmental strategy, which when implemented over time, has the capacity to reach significant numbers of people and therefore proves to be very cost effective.  Additionally, many sites have been able to expend funds over more than one funding cycle.
